supporting our Emerging Talent team in managing the recruitment process for early
careers positions across our German locations.  Role Architecting : Collaborate with hiring managers to define job
requirements and profiles across multiple job families Talent
Attraction:  Create
and post engaging job advertisements, implementing diverse sourcing
    strategies Selection  Matching : Conduct candidate preselection in our Applicant
Tracking System based on hiring manager input Contracting
Support: Perform administrative processing of
contracting topics Community Engagement : Support student-oriented events,
building networks, and fostering connections across locations Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you
succeed You have a proactive personality and
are a great communicator, willing to actively support and collaborate with your
team members. You thrive in an international environment and are always looking
for opportunities to develop your skills.  · Education:  Degree in Psychology, Human
Resources, Management, or an equivalent field · Interests:  Interest in
Talent Attraction topics, with a focus on emerging talent, and connecting with
people · Working Style:  Organized, communicative,
and attentive to details · Language Skills:  Fluent in English
