Pharmacy Operations Supervisor - Accredo
Location: Memphis Fulfillment Center – 1620 Century Center Parkway, Memphis, TN
Work Schedule: This work schedule will be a mid-shift schedule (Late AM start and evening end time)
Role Summary
The Operations Supervisor leads day-to-day fulfillment operations, providing direct supervision of pharmacy technicians and production staff to ensure safe, accurate, compliant, and efficient prescription fulfillment. The role is accountable for productivity, quality, staffing, employee development, and operational performance across assigned shifts and work areas.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fulfillment, packing, and pharmacy operations activities.
Lead and coach frontline employees to achieve service, productivity, and quality goals.
Monitor workflow and staffing to ensure production targets are met.
Drive compliance with pharmacy, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Review quality events and partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct performance management, employee coaching, recognition, and development activities.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee engagement efforts.
Collaborate with pharmacists, inventory leaders, operations managers, quality teams, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in operations/production environment.
- An active Tennessee pharmacy technician license required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively develop and assist team members
- General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, email
- Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills
- Experience in training and coaching less experienced staff
- Advanced problem solving skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment, make independent decisions
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner

Physical Requirments:
Stand for lengthy periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 30 lbs. frequently.
Work may be in performed in an environment with varying noise levels.
