Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will design and control the production process to achieve high quality products within appropriate lead time and minimize production cost. You will solve and prevent problems that occurred during the production process as well as develop the production process through the utilization of new technology, knowledge, and equipment. You will be based in Rayong.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Improving processes and keeping product quality on track, including boosting productivity and reducing scrap.
Handling incoming raw materials and working with suppliers (USA and China) if there is an issue.
Maintaining and creating SOPs up-to-date and supporting audits (ISO 9001/14001/45001)
Helping the team when Oracle, Magma or system issues come up.
Driving continuous improvement & training to production team on SOPs and best practice.
Performing any other related assignments as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree required.
6+ years of experience in Process & Quality field
Experience in LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma is good to have.
Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
Knowledgeable on process documentation and improvement.
Creative with good analytical skills, and knowledge in SPC (Statistical Process Control) , DOE (Design of Experimental)
Good relationship, highly responsible and willing to work under pressure
Strong on problem solving and have statistical knowledge for analysis.
