You actively engage in planning sessions, monitor project milestones, and facilitate collaboration to maintain alignment with organizational goals. This position demands a proactive approach to managing workflows and fostering an environment where innovation and efficiency thrive.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the allocation of resources and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kofax Intelligent Automation Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing automation workflows within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
