Are you the person we’re looking for?
Experienced legal strategist. You bring at least 10 years of legal experience, including significant time as in-house counsel at a SaaS or technology company. Active bar membership in the jurisdiction where the position is based (or eligibility for in-house counsel registration, if applicable) is required.
Product-savvy legal partner. You’ve served as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, and design teams, offering practical legal guidance throughout the product development lifecycle. You understand how to balance legal risk with business opportunity, and you’re comfortable reviewing product-related marketing and customer communications. You’re excited by the chance to act as an internal customer of legal tech products—providing feedback that directly shapes the tools we build.
IP and privacy expert. You have deep knowledge of intellectual property law and have managed global IP portfolios, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. You’ve led privacy programs that comply with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other global data protection laws, and you’ve drafted and negotiated data processing agreements and privacy terms with confidence.
Collaborative cross-functional leader. You thrive in cross-functional settings and know how to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Security, Compliance, IT, Marketing, and HR. You’ve developed and delivered training on complex legal topics, and you’re known for your ability to communicate clearly, manage projects effectively, and lead with influence.
Business-minded and action-oriented. You don’t just give legal advice—you help drive decisions. You’re skilled at translating legal requirements into actionable strategies that support business goals. You’re also experienced in managing outside counsel and legal budgets, ensuring that legal operations are both effective and efficient.
Here’s what will give you an edge…

You’re eager to contribute to internal programs that improve our products and services, and you bring a creative, solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Privacy certifications. You hold certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar credentials that demonstrate your expertise in data privacy and your commitment to staying current with evolving regulations.
