What is the opportunity?

As Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Loyalty Transformation, you'll own the public website ecosystem for Avion Rewards — one of Canada's largest loyalty programs. You'll define the strategy and roadmap for avionrewards.com, using customer insights, data, and digital marketing to build seamless experiences that turn browsers into members and members into advocates. This role blends digital strategy, content management, customer behaviour analytics, AEO/SEO, and digital product ownership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What will you do?

  • Own the roadmap —Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for the public website ecosystem, ensuring it continuously evolves to meet customer needs and business priorities.

  • Lead with content — Manage the end-to-end digital content strategy for avionrewards.com, ensuring every piece supports the customer journey, drives business goals, and is optimized for AEO/SEO performance.

  • Follow the data — Leverage customer behaviour analytics, UX insights, journey data, and experimentation to surface opportunities that improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the public website ecosystem.

  • Connect the dots — Partner with the Cards Digital Marketing team to align on AEO/SEO strategies, share insights, and deliver connected experiences across RBC's broader public digital ecosystem.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, website strategy, customer experience, or digital product ownership.

  • Demonstrated experience leading public website transformation, optimization, or customer journey initiatives.

  • Proven ability to manage digital content strategies and optimize performance through customer insights, analytics, and AEO/SEO best practices.

  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour, journey mapping, web analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar), experimentation, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), technical AEO/SEO, and website performance optimization.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate website strategy clearly to executive audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Background in financial services, loyalty, retail, or e-commerce.

  • Hands-on experience with personalization, CMS platforms, and modern web architectures.

  • Experience managing agencies and external technology partners.
