ERM is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our global talent and performance management strategy. This is an opportunity to influence how talent is identified, developed, and retained across a leading global sustainability consultancy, helping ensure our people have the clarity, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Working closely with the Global Head of Talent and leaders across the business, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, designing scalable talent solutions that strengthen organizational capability and support ERM's continued growth.

What Your Impact Is
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of ERM's global performance management framework.
- Drive talent management processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, potential assessment, and career development initiatives.
- Partner with business and People leaders to identify, develop, and retain critical talent.
- Strengthen succession pipelines and organizational readiness for future growth.
- Create talent solutions that support career mobility, employee development, coaching, and continuous feedback.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on talent and performance management best practices.
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Drive engagement and adoption of talent initiatives through collaboration, communication, and stakeholder influence.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of ERM's global talent strategy and priorities.

You enjoy using data, insights, and best practices to continuously improve talent and performance programs and deliver meaningful employee experiences.
Required
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or a related HR discipline.
- Experience designing, implementing, and continuously improving talent and/or performance management programs.
- Demonstrated experience working in a global, matrixed, or highly collaborative environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and career progression.
- Deep understanding of performance management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting global talent strategies across diverse geographies and business functions.
- Experience leading talent review and succession planning processes at scale.
- Knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and potential evaluation frameworks.
- Experience using talent analytics to drive workforce and talent decisions.
- Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies for enterprise-wide people initiatives.
- Experience working within professional services, consulting, or other complex global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and continuously improve ERM's global performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration processes, and ratings.
- Lead talent management processes including succession planning, talent reviews, career development, and talent programs.
- Partner closely with business leaders and People teams to identify high-potential talent and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Develop initiatives that enhance employee growth, career mobility, coaching, and feedback.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent and performance management matters.
- Analyze program metrics and insights to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of talent initiatives across the organization.
- Support the development and execution of ERM's broader Talent strategy.
- Manage global talent and performance initiatives from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a culture of high performance, growth, inclusion, and continuous learning.
