Production Control Aide

About the role:
As a Production Control Aide you will prepare, review, format, and transmit documents, drawings, and/or calculation notes. Includes creating cover sheets, gathering signatures, ensuring use of proper template, general document formatting and transmitting deliverables to customers.
You will report to the Manager, I&C QA and Ops Planning
• Global I&C Production & IV&V and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply basic formulas and formats to prepare basic tables, graphs, figures and metrics.
- Input data into various systems.
- Retrieve and/or receive incoming documentation, communications, or action plans, and capture appropriately. Provide notification of receipt to personnel. Archive documentation as required.
- Assist in the generation of reports and distribution of information, results, and basic analyses to appropriate personnel.
- Provide some general administrative support to team including scanning documents and making printouts
- Maintain correspondence on projects.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or the equivalent, plus completion of 60 college credits from an accredited institution.
- Must be able to type 40 wpm.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products as determined by departmental need.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $41,069.76 to $91,164.78
