Staffing & Security Specialist
The Opportunity:
You’re passionate about helping your organization succeed by having the right staff in the right position at the right time. As a Staffing & Security Specialist at Booz Allen, you can help newly arrived staff get on task quickly and be productive. On our team, you will lead, coordinate, and execute the program’s staffing, onboarding, and offboarding processes and oversee, manage, and track all staffing requirements and personnel onboarding and offboarding activities across CONUS and OCONUS locations. You’ll coordinate with program leaders to identify hiring needs and connect with teammate Points of Contact (POCs), People Services, and other company and program resources to identify qualified candidates. Once staff are hired, you’ll coordinate personnel onboarding and offboarding to and from the program, including security clearances, CAC cards, and other security related items. You will draw upon your thorough knowledge of staffing and security to perform quality audits, identify challenges and inefficient processes, and refine activities to streamline staffing, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.

You Have:
5+ years of experience leading or supporting recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or onboarding and offboarding initiatives
Experience with DoD security clearance procedures
Experience with data entry and database maintenance, data tracking and analysis, and metrics reporting
Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders
Ability to identify challenges and recommend solutions
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs
Experience coordinating subcontractor or teammate staffing
Experience with program or project management
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Possession of excellent organizational, task, and time management skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
