This plant operations leadership position oversees operations personnel, high-pressure boilers, steam turbines, generators, electrical and control systems, solid-fuel combustion, materials-thermo-mechanical treatment processes handling equipment, and operations involving thermo-mechanical treatment while maintaining environmental, health, safety, and permit compliance.
This is an opportunity for an experienced power plant operations manager to make a direct impact on plant safety, equipment reliability, operational performance, thermo-mechanical treatment processes, and team development. The role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with people leadership, continuous improvement, emergency preparedness, procedure oversight, auditing, and technical training—offering broad responsibility and the opportunity to strengthen both plant performance and operational capability.

- Ensure full compliance with operational procedures through regular auditing and performance review.
- Maintain plant readiness for abnormal or emergency situations and ensure safe, reliable daily operation.
- Inspect boilers, thermo-mechanical treatment equipment, and plant machinery to meet performance targets.
- Manage existing technical training programs and develop new training initiatives.
- Prepare, oversee, and present technical reports as required by leadership.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all operational areas to support a safe, efficient plant environment.
