Revenue Integrity Coordinator

The Revenue Integrity Coordinator acts as an expert on all matters related to charge capture and CDM maintenance. Responsible for the ongoing accuracy of the CDM to ensure appropriate charge capture, accurate reimbursement, and compliance with relevant billing regulations. This position works collaboratively with all departments to improve revenue integrity while seeking and identifying trends and opportunities for charge capture optimization through process redesign and improvement, policy and procedure implementation, along with continuing education, communications and an overall partnership with operational leaders.
Education:
- High School/GED
- 4 year/Bachelors Degree (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certification (Within 1 year of hire or transfer into position - Required);
- Epic Expected Reimbursement Contracts (Within 6 Months of hire or transfer into position - Required)
Experience: 15+ years of Hospital Billing or Hospital Coding to include IP, Cath Lab, IR cases or Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Statistics, Health Administration or related field.
