Title and Summary

Personalization Product Manager

The Personalization Product Manager is a key role within Mastercard, focused on scaling and embedding personalization capabilities across products and services. In this role, you will drive innovation, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to integrate personalization into Mastercard offerings.

You will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of personalization as a core capability across Financial Institutions. This includes scoping product offerings, enabling sales, and coordinating execution across multiple business lines.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building impactful, scalable solutions driven by data and customer insights. They are intellectually curious, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to navigate both business and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Personalization Value Propositions
- Expand and refine personalization-enabled service offerings (e.g., delivery models, capacity planning, pricing frameworks).
- Develop business cases and ensure strong P&L alignment for personalization-driven product packages.
- Capture and integrate learnings from past projects to continuously improve and evolve the offering.

Subject Matter Expert for Commercialization
- Act as a subject matter expert on personalization capabilities to support Sales, Account Management, and other commercial teams in positioning and selling solutions.
- Partner with Sales and account teams to identify and shape new business opportunities across regions.
- Support business development activities and contribute to winning new engagements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to craft clear, consistent, and compelling value propositions.

Scale Personalization Service Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of personalization projects for new and existing clients, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
- Lead the rollout of personalization capabilities in close collaboration with regional and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Delivery, and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing expectations and driving accountability.
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth project progression.
- Ensure continuous alignment between client needs and product evolution, working closely with product and technology teams.
- Drive reuse of best practices, frameworks, and learnings to increase scalability and efficiency.

All About You:

- Strong consulting background, with demonstrated experience solving complex business challenges and translating client needs into actionable solutions.
- Deep understanding of marketing, customer engagement, personalization, and digital customer experience strategies.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Delivery, Technology, and Client-facing organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive execution across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical and structured problem solver with a strong bias for action, ownership, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in management consulting, marketing consulting, or customer strategy advisory roles.
- Experience with personalization, CRM, digital marketing, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms.
- Experience working with Financial Institutions, FinTechs, Payments, or related industries.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

New York City, New York: $156,000 - $265,000 USD

Miami, Florida: $130,000 - $221,000 USD
