Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage purchase requisitions through coordination with the Sourcing team
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure adherence to agreed lead times and delivery schedules
• Execute delivery management to ensure timely arrival of materials and services
• Escalate and resolve delivery issues and goods received discrepancies with stakeholders
• Confirm end-user requirements through coordination meetings to align purchasing needs
• Ensure compliance with relevant IMS/BCMS control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301
• Guide the organization and suppliers to comply with company policies, including RBA requirements, Ethics and Compliance, Trade Compliance, and IMS/BCMS standards

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in indirect procurement within medium-scale manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated proficiency with multinational ERP systems

PREFERRED:

• Proven expertise in report generation and data analysis
• Demonstrated competency in managing complex procurement documentation and compliance requirements

SKILLS:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations, including customs clearance procedures
• Proficiency with AI tools and digital platforms
