What a College Intern - Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go To Market) does at HP:
- Enabling testing involving one or more functions and project teams with close engagement with PMs, SMEs and all business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with PMs to define testing strategy, plans, schedules, critical testing deliverables and testing support required to complete the project testing with high quality.
- Involve throughout all phases of project from requirements, design and development to ensure ability to coordinate planning, cross functional collaboration and accomplishing testing targets.
- Support Change Management and ensure project benefit deliver as outline in project objectives.
- Conduct regular core project testing review calls, provide project testing dashboard reporting. Communicates project testing progress, escalations, and perform issues analysis to project manager and team members.
- Collaborates with Project manager, project team members (including PMs), cross functional teams and business teams to drive completion in full end to end testing, meeting project defined scope, process and plan.
- Involve in change management and solving issues encountered in testing to arrive at solutions, and ensure adherence to meet project objectives, roadmaps, and schedules.
- Responsible for quality of project deliverables, ensuring project deliver the benefits outlined with quality.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and excellent in communication.
- Strong Business Acumen especially in Ecommerce.
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Able to commit for a 6 months or longer full-time internship, starting in January 2027.
- Some experience in project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project testing results.
- Ability to create and manage project test schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills, mastery in English and local language.
- Strong change management and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and deal with situations and changing environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate project test plans, proposals, and results, and propose options.
- Some experience in coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources in testing. Organized and good understanding of Agile methodology and versions control.
- Strong collaboration skill with peers, cross functional teams and project teams, business users, manager, and external and internal service delivery partners.
- Ability to step up to different project role when need arise would be a plus point.
