JOB PURPOSE

We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to cover Central, Western, and Southern Zealand, helping to drive sales of Unilever’s strong portfolio across Food, Home Care, and Personal Care categories within the grocery retail sector. 

You will work with some of the market’s most recognized brands, including Zendium, Neutral, Dove, Rexona, Hellmann’s, and Knorr. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving growth with existing customers through strong relationships, excellent execution, and professional sales engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products are visible, available, and attractive to consumers in-store.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring optimal placement of Unilever products in retail stores

  • Presenting and selling new products to customers

  • Selling in and executing promotional campaigns, including the use of POS materials

  • Maintaining and developing strong business relationships

  • Conducting regular customer visits and ensuring high-quality in-store execution

  • Contributing to sales growth and increased market share within your territory

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for:

  • Results-driven individual with sales experience and a proven track record of achieving strong results, ideally within the FMCG or grocery retail industry. 

  • 3-5 years of field sales experience

  • Are passionate about sales and customer engagement 

  • Are goal-oriented, credible, and commercially minded 

  • Are persistent, a strong listener, and an effective communicator 

  • Thrive with responsibility and enjoy working independently 

  • Are accustomed to working toward ambitious targets—and exceeding them 

  • Possess strong digital skills 

  • Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken 

  • A valid Category B driving license is required.
