This role focuses on managing cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, and banking activities while ensuring strong financial controls, effective stakeholder coordination, and compliance with organisational policies.What you’ll do Prepare bank reconciliation statements and perform general ledger reconciliationsDevelop and maintain cash forecast reports to support liquidity planningReview and update daily cash positions and support cash flow forecastingReport cash balances to headquarters treasury for analysis and reportingCoordinate with finance, treasury, tax, and controllership teams for cash flow inputsProcess treasury-related manual payments and manage cash movement activitiesAct as a central point of contact for banking, treasury, and finance-related queriesSupport requests including bank statements, remittance tracking, and payment processingCoordinate approvals for direct debits, standing orders, and banking instructionsAssist with execution of intercompany loans to support liquidity requirementsSupport business initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations, and new projectsManage bank guarantees, letters of credit, and trade finance documentationConduct periodic reviews of bank mandates, signatories, and user accessEnsure adherence to financial controls and support audit activitiesWho you are Experience of 4–5 years in finance or accounting processesEducational background in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications)Knowledge of financial accounting, cash management, and banking processesProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and other databasesFamiliarity with SAP systems and financial modulesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomesAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic business needsNot a perfect fit?
