About the Role
As Senior Analyst, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Technology, you will support the technology capabilities that enable PVH’s Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability agenda across ESG compliance, product and packaging sustainability, supply chain transparency, traceability, certifications and sustainable supply chain processes.
This is a techno-functional IT role where you will help translate business, compliance and regulatory needs into practical system requirements, data flows, integrations, reporting capabilities and platform improvements.
The role focuses on three core pillars:
Platform Enablement — supporting and improving technology platforms used for ESG, traceability, certifications, product and packaging sustainability, and sustainability-related compliance. Data & Integration Readiness — helping ensure required sustainability, traceability, product packaging and certification data is structured, connected, reliable and aligned across enterprise systems. Compliance & Audit Support — enabling traceable, auditable and reportable data to support regulatory, certification, assurance and sustainable supply chain requirements.
The scope includes platforms and capabilities such as Workiva, Traceability (TextileGenesis, IDFactory) and Certification (AWS-based), Power BI, and other connected enterprise systems. The role will contribute to initiatives related to regulations and frameworks such as CSRD, EUDR, Digital Product Passport, Extended Producer Responsibility, supplier due diligence and other sustainability-related requirements.
What You’ll Do
Platform Enablement
- Support the day-to-day enablement, improvement and adoption of technology platforms used for Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, traceability, certifications and packaging sustainability.
- Assist with configuration, access management, issue resolution, release coordination and vendor follow-up for relevant platforms.
- Support platforms such as Workiva, TextileGenesis, ID Factory, and OSS Certifications across the enterprise.
- Partner with business, IT stakeholders, IT support team to collect requirements, document issues and propose practical improvements.
- Coordinate with external technology vendors and implementation partners to support delivery, issue resolution and roadmap alignment.
- Help identify opportunities to simplify, harmonize and improve the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability technology landscape over time.
Data & Integration Readiness
- Translate business, sustainability, traceability, certification, product and packaging requirements into clear data, system and integration requirements.
- Support data mapping, data quality checks, data standards and integration flows across PLM, VMS, ERP, Workiva, TextileGenesis, ID Factory, OSS Certifications, packaging data sources and reporting solutions.
- Support the design and testing of integrations, APIs and data exchanges between enterprise systems and external platforms.
- Work with data governance, enterprise architecture and platform teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with PVH technology standards.
- Support Power BI dashboards and reporting outputs for operational, compliance, certification, traceability and sustainability technology use cases.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Enable system and data capabilities that support ESG compliance, product and packaging sustainability, traceability, certification validation and sustainable supply chain activities.
- Support structured data capture and technology enablement for requirements such as EUDR, Digital Product Passport and other relevant sustainability regulations.
- Help ensure data used for compliance, certifications, reporting and sustainability claims is accurate, complete, traceable and auditable.
- Support certification data flows, chain-of-custody documentation and document verification processes across relevant systems.
- Work with Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, Product Compliance teams to understand sustainability and regulatory needs and translate them into system and data requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a techno-functional professional with experience in IT systems, data, integrations and reporting, combined with an understanding of sustainability, ESG, traceability, certifications, product and packaging sustainability, or supply chain compliance processes.
The candidate should be comfortable working across business and IT teams, translating complex requirements into practical technology outcomes, and supporting global platforms and data flows.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in the following areas:
- 7+ years of experience in IT systems, data, reporting, systems analysis or technology delivery, preferably in supply chain, sustainability, ESG, compliance related domains.
- Experience working in a techno-functional role, translating business and compliance needs into system requirements, data requirements and technology improvements.
- Good understanding of Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, ESG, traceability, certification, product sustainability, packaging sustainability or supplier/product compliance processes.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ESG reporting tools, traceability platforms, certification systems and respective reporting solutions.
- Experience with data mapping, data quality, data standards, APIs, integrations and enterprise data exchange.
- Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based platforms, including configuration, access management, issue resolution, release coordination and vendor coordination.
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools, preferably Power BI.
- Understanding of sustainability regulations and frameworks across the supply chain (ESG related, EUDR, Digital Product Passport, EPR or similar requirements).
- Understanding of supply chain traceability concepts, material/product tracing, chain-of-custody documentation and sustainability certification schemas.
- Good to have: experience with Workiva or any other ESG reporting platform.
- Good to have: experience with traceability or certification platforms such as TextileGenesis, ID Factory, TrusTrace, Retraced or similar.
- Good to have: exposure to AWS-based applications or cloud services such as S3, Lambda, Athena or Bedrock.
- Nice to have: exposure to product environmental data, packaging sustainability data, product environmental footprint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across global business, IT and vendor teams.
- Ability to manage priorities, document requirements clearly and support delivery of system and data improvements.
- Good project coordination and planning capabilities.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Fluency in English.
