Vos futures missions :

En rejoignant notre équipe, vous participerez à différentes missions, toutes orientées vers la mise en œuvre de solutions CND (Contrôle Non Destructif) avancées et sur mesure, la définition d'instructions de référence, leur qualification et le support technique associé. Ensemble, nous contribuerons à l’activité du département Développement CND & Simulation du Laboratoire Matériaux et Procédés (LMP), qui soutient l'ingénierie et la production à toutes les étapes majeures du développement d'un hélicoptère.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Responsabilité des étalons de référence dans le domaine des CND (définition, inspection et qualification).

• Activités de Niveau 2 ou 3 sur certaines méthodes CND.

• Expertise et support technique pour la production interne et les fournisseurs (non-conformités, validation de gammes, etc.).

• Gestion de projets de développement de nouvelles méthodes CND en tant que chef de projet (coordination, suivi, budget, planning, communication).

• Validation de la documentation technique interne/externe (ex. procédures d'inspection, qualifications, rapports).

• Réalisation d'audits internes/externes pour la qualification et le suivi des procédés spéciaux CND.

• Exécution et préparation de formations aux méthodes CND pour les clients internes et externes.

Votre profil :

• Niveau d’expérience : Diplôme d'Ingénieur en Matériaux ou équivalent, avec au minimum 10 ans d'expérience en CND.

• Expertise technique : Certification Niveau 3 dans une ou plusieurs méthodes CND (ou Niveau 2 confirmé). Bonnes connaissances des besoins de production et de service en matière de CND, ainsi que des normes de qualité aéronautique. Connaissances du NADCAP, de la certification du personnel et qualification d'auditeur appréciées.

• Langues : Anglais courant, Français courant.

• Soft skills : Orienté client, Rigueur et Organisation.

Your future missions:

By joining our team, you will participate in different missions, all focused on the implementation of advanced and customized Non-Destructive Testing solutions, the definition of reference instructions, their qualification, and the associated technical support. Together, we will contribute to the activity of the NDT Development and Simulation department within the Materials and Processes Laboratory (LMP), which supports engineering and production at all major stages of a helicopter's development.

Your main missions will be:

• Responsibility for reference standards in the field of NDT (definition, inspection, and qualification).

• Level 2 or 3 activities on certain NDT methods.

• Expertise and Technical Support for internal production and suppliers (non-conformity, range validation, etc.).

• Managing development projects for new NDT methods with a project manager role (coordination, monitoring, budget, planning, communication).

• Validation of internal/external technical documentation (e.g., inspection procedures / qualifications / reports).

• Performing internal/external audits for the qualification and monitoring of NDT special processes.

• Execution and preparation of NDT methods training for internal and external customers.

Your profile:

• Experience Level: Materials Engineer degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in NDT.

• Technical Expertise: Level 3 certification in one or more NDT methods, or a confirmed Level 2 certification. Good knowledge of production and service needs in terms of NDT, as well as aeronautical quality standards. NADCAP knowledge, personnel certification knowledge, and auditor qualification appreciated.

• Language Skills: English Fluent, French Fluent.

• Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, Rigor and Organization.
