This is an Associate level withing Product Support & Services ISG.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you'll do in the role:Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the teamRecognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvementsBuild relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team outputParticipate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely executionShould be able to perform Trade MatchingInstruct wires/transfers (Expense, Collateral, Security, Settlements)Review and clear Expert Payment System ExceptionsLiaise with Disbursements as requiredMonitor trade matching files from client's OMS and ensure processing in Vendor SystemsMonitor for trade kickout mails from Trade Matching Vendor Support teamsProvide EOD recaps to clientsVault any EOD reporting to clientsEmail on any broker failures, connecting the Executing Brokers and Prime Brokers What you'll bring to the role:Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervisionSubject matter expertise in business areas supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requestsCulture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core valuesStrong communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on ability to communicate complex issues to a wide variety of stakeholders and professional levelsStrong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced settingCritical thinker with a transformation mindset with track record of driving and delivering on process improvementsAt least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
