Job Purpose
- To perform professional, clinical tasks that will ensure the highest quality of pharmacy care and results in a patient care setting.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
- Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program
Licenses and/or Certifications:
- Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the United States, or current Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible
- ACPE Accredited Sterile Compounding Certification or meets any TSBP regulation regarding sterile compounding
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) Certification, American Heart Association, preferred
Work Experience:
- 1 year - inclusive of residency training (Residency Training - PGY1 = 3yrs experience, PGY2 = 2yrs experience)
