Work with internal teams and acquired entity stakeholders to define workstreams, assign ownership, and track deliverables.

  • Structured Program Execution
Establish and maintain structured project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, timelines, and accountability.

  • Progress Tracking & Reporting
Define and track integration metrics and KPIs. Provide regular updates to the M&A team and senior leadership on progress, risks, and mitigations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO roles—preferably in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

  • Exposure to post-merger integration, business transformation, or consulting will be an advantage.

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects and workstreams with attention to detail and structured execution.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Excel) and reporting dashboards.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

  • Experience working in matrix organizations and managing across hierarchies.
