Is responsible for assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and equipment at client sites. This role includes ensuring installations meet quality standards and client expectations while adhering to all safety and company guidelines.Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. System Installation: Assist in the installation of sensors, devices, and monitoring systems at client facilities.Setup and Configuration: Configure equipment according to client specifications and ensure proper functionality.Quality Assurance: Perform tests and inspections to confirm proper operation of installed systems.Product Assembly: Assemble and configure products ready to be shippedDocumentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, including diagrams, client feedback, and inventory of used equipment.Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, provide updates, and train them on the use of installed equipment as needed.Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues that arise during installations.Equipment Management: Maintain and manage tools and equipment required for installations, reporting any issues or needs for replacement. QualityEmployees are responsible to understand and support the quality policy and the appropriate elements of the quality management system for their areas of work, reduce, eliminate, and prevent quality deficiencies including escapes.Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities related to products, process, and quality system.All employees have the responsibility and authority to identify quality deficiencies, elevate any concerns for action within or related to our quality system and processes.CommunicationCommunicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Maintain effective and constructive working relationships with others both internally and externally.
Requirements
Essential/Preferred Skills:High school diploma or GED equivalent.Previous work experience in field service, technical support or related role preferred.Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, and Outlook.Valid...
