The Manager – Automation, AI & Insights is a hands‑on HR operations leader responsible for enabling automation, AI‑supported services, analytics, and data governance that simplify work, improve service delivery, and support confident, data‑driven decisions at scale. This role balances strategy and execution, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, and grounded in how HR work actually gets done.
As part of the HR Operations leadership team, this manager is deeply embedded in service delivery. They lead teams responsible for hands‑on operational enablement, shape strategy based on real operational demand, and partner across HR, vendors, and the enterprise to ensure solutions are aligned, adopted, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Enablement & Service Delivery
- Lead teams that design, build, and sustain automation, AI‑enabled services, analytics, and insights that support HR operations and service delivery.
- Stay closely connected to day‑to‑day HR workflows to ensure solutions reduce complexity, increase capacity, and improve experience for caregivers and leaders.
- Automation, AI & Technology Application
- Drive thoughtful application of practical technologies—such as Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, and agent‑based solutions—to improve scale, consistency, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and modernize HR processes through automation, centralization, and vendor solutions.
- Data, Analytics & Insights
- Enable data governance, reporting, and analytics that support operational decision‑making and performance management.
- Use insights to inform prioritization, measure outcomes, and continuously improve service delivery and vendor performance.
- Leadership & Partnership
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams responsible for operational execution.
- Partner with HR leaders, COEs, Field HR, IT, and vendors to ensure solutions align to business needs and are effectively implemented and adopted.
- Collaborate across Operations and Service Delivery to improve end‑to‑end experiences and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive ongoing improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify work, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality.
- Support initiatives that focus on key “moments that matter” across the caregiver lifecycle.

Success in this role comes from proven experience leading HR operations or service delivery teams, paired with the ability to build strategy and enable the practical use of technology. This leader is forward‑thinking but grounded—using automation, AI, and data in service of real operational outcomes, not technology for its own sake.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or 4 additional years of related experience solving complex challenges.
- 4 years progressive leadership experience.
- 6 years HR related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of creating/implementing large scale programs, working with internal and external partners, setting performance criteria, guidelines and SLAs.
