Security Researcher- Cybersecurity Threat Hunter
Leads advanced cybersecurity research and threat analysis by curating high-quality data sources, researching vulnerabilities, adversary activity, product exploitation risks, and academic/industry findings, and translating complex threat landscape data into actionable insights across teams. Drives security analysis planning and cross-functional solution design by aligning research with product timelines, risks, dependencies, and feature scope while partnering across security and non-security teams to prevent, detect, disrupt, and remediate attacks. Owns security orchestration, reviews, and incident response by leading large-scale architecture and design reviews, assessing operational security measures, investigating and remediating incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, and identifying protection gaps, trends, and repair actions. Develops scalable security solutions and practices by automating detection and response capabilities, improving methods for malware/threat analysis and attack disruption, implementing mitigations for feature areas, incorporating customer and partner feedback, and contributing to security guidelines, models, and standards. Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Security, or related field OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Security, or related field AND 3+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, threat analysis or modeling, cybersecurity, vulnerability research, and/or anomaly detection OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, threat analysis or modeling, cybersecurity, vulnerability research, and/or anomaly detection This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
