Ingenieur (m/w/d) Process Excellence & Product Regulatory Compliance

Tätigkeiten

• Identifikation von Leistungslücken und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse im Engineering-Bereich

• Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Richtlinien und Best Practices sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

• Proaktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung relevanter Kennzahlen

• Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen

• Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Bereichsleitung, Erstellung von Analysen und Dokumentationen

• Kommunikation und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden zu neuen Standards und Prozessen

• Übernahme der Rolle des Product Regulatory Compliance Coordinators (PRCC) und Unterstützung des PRC-Officers (Bereichsleitung)

• Erfassung der aktuellen Situation des PRC im Unternehmen und Einleitung notwendiger Prozessverbesserungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Verständnis der wichtigsten Finanz- und Controllingkennzahlen zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung

• Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementmethoden sowie in der Leitung bzw. Durchführung von Verbesserungsprojekten sind wünschenswert

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktvorschriften und PRC-Prozessen von Vorteil

• Teamfähigkeit, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten

• Fähigkeit zur Konfliktlösung gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften sowie Kenntnisse im Changemanagement

• Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Kreativität sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
