About the Role

We are looking for a driven and collaborative Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across our engineering and product organizations. You will own program delivery end-to-end, partnering with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to keep complex, multi-team efforts aligned and on track.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who brings both technical credibility and sharp organizational instincts. You will be expected to set the standard for how we plan, execute, and communicate across programs.

What You’ll Do

Program & Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs, from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch review
  • Drive planning ceremonies, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program-level syncs using Agile/Scrum practices
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date project tracking in Jira; ensure Confluence documentation is structured, accessible, and current
  • Proactively identify scope creep, blockers, and dependencies and resolve them before they become risks
  • Define and track success metrics and milestones; own reporting cadences to leadership

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Alignment

  • Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, design, data, and customer facing teams
  • Build and maintain stakeholder communication plans, including status updates, escalation paths, and decision logs
  • Facilitate trade-off discussions and drive decisions when teams are misaligned or resources are constrained
  • Partner with engineering managers and product leads to balance technical debt, velocity, and roadmap commitments

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion and continuously refine Agile delivery processes across teams of varying maturity
  • Lead post-mortems and retrospectives; translate learnings into actionable process improvements
  • Contribute to the broader TPM practice by developing templates, playbooks, and shared tooling

What You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management in a software or technology environment
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies; able to adapt practices to team context
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (board configuration, epics, sprints, reporting) and Confluence
  • Ability to deeply understand technical concepts and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging from IC-level to executive
  • Uses AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to improve personal productivity — drafting communications, synthesizing documentation, unblocking workflows

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
  • Familiarity with LLM-based product development, including prompt engineering workflows, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning processes
  • Experience working in a high-growth or rapidly scaling software organization
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, or API-based system architectures
  • Experience building or maturing a TPM function from the ground up
