•    Leads migration discovery and solutioning activities, evaluating application architectures, migration patterns, modernization opportunities, risks, and dependencies. Provides technical recommendations that balance business objectives, delivery timelines, cost, risk, and long-term maintainability.
•    Coaches the engineering organization on systematic troubleshooting and debugging practices. Leads incident response efforts as needed and establishes tools, processes, and standards that improve operational effectiveness.
•    Promotes a culture of engineering quality through effective code reviews, release readiness practices, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions are aligned with user and business needs.
•    Drives organizational testing strategy, leveraging quality metrics to identify gaps and recommending solutions aligned with accepted testing frameworks and industry best practices.
•    Maintains broad technology knowledge with deep expertise in key areas to support decision-making, coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership across teams.
•    Works closely with security teams to establish and evolve security strategy, promote security-first principles, and ensure solutions align with enterprise security and compliance standards.
•    Takes ownership of technical decisions by helping teams drive clarity, align to enterprise goals, and establish accountability for successful outcomes.

Partners with application teams, enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, operations, risk/compliance, program leadership, and third-party delivery partners to define migration solutions, manage dependencies, resolve technical blockers, and drive successful migration outcomes.
•    Ensures expectations are aligned across internal and external stakeholders. Identifies cross-functional dependencies, proactively mitigates risks, resolves issues before they impact delivery, and implements preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
•    Works across the organization to foster a culture of prioritization, urgency, and sound decision-making. Coaches teams on trade-offs, prioritization, technical debt management, and the identification and mitigation of technical and business risks.
•    Collaborates effectively across business, technology, and external partner organizations, influencing decisions and driving alignment to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
