Lead Resident Assistant
$23 - $25/hour | PM and Overnight Shifts


Village Shores, a part of Silvercrest Properties, is hiring for Lead Resident Assistants to work on the PM and Overnight Shifts and serve in a leadership role in ensuring the residents are receiving the very best care.  This position serves as the on-site leader and works closely with the Resident Care Coordinator.

What You'll Do: 

  • Embrace a resident-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity, regardless of their disease, diagnosis, or progression.  Assisting with personal cares, medications and mobility.
  • Ensure that all staff/team members are on time and prepared for their shift
  • Manage staff break times, clock in and out times, and ensure all staff coverage
  • Cleaning, organizing, and stocking supplies
  • Be responsible for the Lead Phone and managing incoming calls, including call ins
  • Actively involved in ongoing training of team members
  • Reports to the Resident Care Coordinator and Clinical Director


What You'll Need: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred
  • Previous lead and med-passing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with strong knowledge of HIPPA
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
