In this fast-paced e-commerce environment, you will act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring swift, data-driven course corrections that directly impact our bottom line.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Automation & Process ImprovementDesign, develop, and integrate automated workflows using AI tools to streamline complex reporting processes, accelerate gap analysis, and enhance the speed of trend identification across large datasets.Revenue Planning & Real-Time TrackingMeticulously plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly platform revenue numbers.Track performance against ambitious targets and highlight key deviations in real-time to trigger immediate corrective measures.Actionable Category AnalyticsDeep-dive into category and SKU-level performance metrics to pinpoint high-growth opportunities and areas of concern.Translate raw data into actionable, strategic insights for category managers and business leadership.Trend & Gap AnalysisUtilize both historical and real-time data to proactively flag underperforming areas.Support business teams by mapping out data-backed resolution strategies and monitoring the success of implemented changes.Dynamic Reporting & VisualizationArchitect and maintain automated, self-serve leadership dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Data Studio, or similar tools, ensuring complex insights are communicated clearly and effectively.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing, Category, Product, and Operations teams.Act as the central data authority to ensure all departments are aligned on business goals and equipped with the analytics necessary for execution.Required Skills & QualificationsExpert-Level PythonDeep, proven expertise in Python programming for advanced data manipulation, automation scripting, and data wrangling (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).Ability to write clean, scalable code for complex data pipelines.AI & Process AutomationPractical, hands-on experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools to automate repetitive business processes, optimize data extraction, and build intelligent reporting workflows.Core Analytical StackHigh proficiency in SQL for extracting and structuring data from complex relational databases.Advanced Excel skills for rapid ad-hoc analysis.EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.Problem-Solving & CommunicationSharp logical thinking, a passion for numbers, and the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders at all levels.Industry ExperiencePrior experience thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven E-commerce environment is highly preferred.
