Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Salesforce Platform Developer I / II (PD1 / PD2) - Must have Lead architecture and solution design discussions across Salesforce initiatives. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, and integrated third-party applications. Build customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce configuration. Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams. Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices. Lead SDLC governance, release planning, deployment strategy, and production readiness reviews. Design enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Middleware, and event-driven architecture patterns. Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators. Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and performance optimization initiatives. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production incidents. Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define Salesforce strategy and roadmap. Develop and manage processes to continuously monitor data quality, integrity, and governance. Define and maintain coding standards, architecture principles, and technical documentation. Participate in the full application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, integrations, and production support.
