Job Description:

The opportunity:

You will be part of Global Product Support (GPS) team which execute GPS activities within their assigned active global portfolio. Priorities are to be aligned with the GPS portfolio coordinators and management.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will be a part of GPS activities, such as the transfer of product qualification, Global Product Support audit.

  • You will be responsible for the quality of the product design and product master data, implementing and following the GPS processes and tools, fulfilling the defined KPIs and providing suggestions for continuous improvements.

  • You will ensure close cooperation with all other functions and act as a typical contact point for all other functions, ensure close collaboration and information flow across various products/platforms. You will be closely cooperating with related GPS resource managers, maximizing speed and efficiency, and driving the knowledge transfer within the GPS team.

  • You will strive for product/platform harmonization and complexity cost reduction. You will be leading for a product design change improvement at the small-scale project level.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a degree in Mechanical major.

  • Process oriented, technical & logical mindset.

  • Professional in CAD software (Creo is an advantage).

  • Technical drawing standards.

  • Good English communication.
