We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Payroll Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Global Payroll Operator, you will play a pivotal role in managing accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse portfolio of international clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, analyzing data, and implementing payroll best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the payroll industry.

Hybrid role based in our Varna office, with 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities:
•  Process monthly payroll inputs and outputs in line with defined procedures, deadlines, and controls
•  Perform validations and checks to ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance
•  Manage routine payroll changes, including starters, leavers, and employee data updates
•  Respond to payroll‑related queries from employees and stakeholders in a professional manner
•  Maintain accurate payroll documentation and audit‑ready records
•  Support reconciliation activities, reporting, and issue resolution
•  Escalate risks, discrepancies, or non‑standard cases in accordance with established processes
•  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the payroll team

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience post-graduate, in a data orientated environment.
• Eager for opportunities to leverage information for organizational gain.
• Analytical thinker who can add value with their knowledge, solutions skills and ideas.
• Keen to grow, learn and develop in a challenging hyper-growth organization.
• Strong Communication & Relationship skills.
• Well organized, reliable and detailed oriented person, who can work in a dynamic environment

The pay range for this position is €13,100 to €15,000 gross per year. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
