As a Senior Associate in the MX AI Builder role, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your work will be crucial in transforming data into insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation and architecture through development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.

-Drive full-stack development activities, including backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.

-Serve as the technical owner of the products being designed and developed, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Leveraging analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insightful recommendations
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support data-driven decision-making
- Navigating complex data environments and adapting to changing business contexts
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in data engineering best practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain

-Proven experience in full-stack software development.
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
- Developing data architecture and integration strategies for complex projects
- Excelling in analytical thinking and critical problem-solving
- Navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing business contexts
- Building meaningful client relationships and anticipating client needs
