Your Role
We’re hiring a Revenue Enablement Associate to equip our customer-facing teams with the tools, systems knowledge and process training they need to streamline workflows and drive revenue. You’ll serve as a critical partner across Sales, Revenue Operations, Product and BizOps, ensuring our sales organization has the guidance and resources to succeed.
As a Revenue Enablement Associate, you’ll:
- Support sales teams. You’ll establish trust with frontline reps and managers across our College & Professional business units, delivering timely support and improving daily workflows alongside our RevOps team.
- Partner cross-functionally. You’ll work closely with Revenue Operations, BizOps and Systems teams to build process plans, execute backend projects and align with product and marketing stakeholders to keep frontline teams informed.
- Train and empower. You’ll create clear guidance, onboard new reps and maintain learning resources to help team members navigate system changes and operational processes with confidence.
- Design enablement programs. You’ll build and deliver role-specific training across written, video and in-person formats, tracking success metrics to measure program impact and adoption.
Location: For this role, we're currently only considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in London.
Must-Haves
- An organized project manager. You can manage enablement initiatives from concept through execution, keeping projects on track and driving team adoption.
- A collaborative communicator. You build strong relationships across teams, communicate clearly and bring people together to reach shared goals.
- A problem solver. You naturally spot workflow inefficiencies, use data to guide training strategies and simplify complex processes.
- Customer-focused. You enjoy supporting frontline teams, answering questions and helping reps thrive in their day-to-day work.
Nice-to-Haves
- Sales tech proficient. You have hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and conversation intelligence platforms like Gong.
- Content creation experience. You’ve built, curated and maintained high-quality training content and resources tailored for sales teams.
Our Role
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time above any required statutory leave, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
- Support your wellbeing. Depending on location, we offer medical and retirement benefits for employees—but no matter where you’re located, we have resources like our Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support your mental health.
