Job Description
As a Security Officer Welcome Center in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Your visible presence and exceptional communication will help create a welcoming environment while supporting daily operations. - Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Monitor access to the building by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests to appropriate offices or areas.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Observe lobby activity, monitor cameras and/or access-control systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and front-desk communications in accordance with site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
