  • Participate in recurring Finance Automation team meetings, project check-ins, testing and validation calls, and close-cycle support discussions to share updates, track risks, and agree on next steps.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Production automation support deliverables include issue triage notes and impacted property lists. They also include root-cause summaries, action logs, and test evidence. Additionally, deliverables consist of stakeholder updates and support documentation for various issues, such as bot, report, mapping, and data-feed issues.
  • Automation enhancement deliverables include requirements and process maps. They also include user stories or acceptance criteria, test plans, and implementation readiness materials. Additionally, the deliverables consist of documentation for improvements, such as bot/property data centralization, automated notifications, reporting fixes, and finance application enhancement.
