Job Summary:

We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings while ensuring compliance with company policies, cost optimization, and a seamless travel experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international travel bookings (Flights, Hotels, Trains, Cabs, and Buses) through MMT MyBiz and approved travel vendors.
  • Ensure all bookings align with the company's travel policy and approval process.
  • Coordinate with employees, travel partners, and vendors for bookings, modifications, cancellations, and emergency travel support.
  • Optimize travel costs by identifying the most economical and policy-compliant travel options.
  • Verify travel invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
  • Maintain travel MIS, booking records, expense reports, and track refunds/credits.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with travel vendors to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate travel management or with a travel agency.
  • Hands-on experience with MMT MyBiz or similar corporate travel booking platforms.
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining travel MIS.
