Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the Wealth Advisory Platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the Consumer Banking Group's wealth management business

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize the platform's features and functionalities

• Oversee the integration of the Wealth Advisory Platform with the bank's core systems, including the Avaloq system, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency

• Manage stakeholder relationships, including business partners, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, address concerns, and drive platform enhancements

• Develop and implement platform management strategies, including monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement

• Leverage DPM business knowledge to align the platform with the bank's wealth management objectives and client needs

• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on wealth advisory platform capabilities and best practices
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, platform management, or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing wealth advisory platforms or similar financial technology solutions

• Proficient in platform management, including integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong understanding of the Avaloq system and its integration with wealth management platforms

• Demonstrated expertise in DPM business knowledge and its application in wealth advisory platform design and optimization

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
