As an Oracle EPM PCMCS - Senior Associate - Consult, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership and consistently deliver work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope, while building a brand for yourself and opening doors to more opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client requirements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Developing and maintaining financial planning and analysis processes to enhance client performance
- Utilizing analytical thinking and strategic data analysis to inform insights and recommendations
- Managing cost and resource allocation to improve profitability and operational performance
- Creating budgets and rolling forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve client outcomes
- Applying business rules development to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for client-focused solutions
- Applying analytical thinking to complex business process analysis
- Excelling in financial planning and forecasting within diverse industries
- Embracing change and innovation in operational performance management
