As a Senior Associate, Process Excellence & Transformation within CCB Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you will spend each day building a centralized, persona-driven engagement model and creating a single source of truth for transformation use cases. You will be responsible for delivering quantifiable improvements through AI use cases, standardized governance, disciplined program/project management, and Lean (DMAIC) practices.
Our CCB F&BM transformation teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including identifying and prioritizing efficiency opportunities across sub‑LOBs, establishing consistent operating models and governance routines, and executing change that improves outcomes in a sustainable, well-controlled way.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a living “golden resource” linking Team ↔ Technology ↔ Change Journey across sub‑LOBs.
- Design and operationalize a centralized, persona-driven engagement model, mapping job families to impacted users, themes, and adoption requirements.
- Source, intake, and prioritize thematic efficiency and AI transformation use cases across sub‑LOBs using standardized forms and processes.
- Document team/tool ownership, impacted processes, current status, and a 12–24 month roadmap to create a single source of truth.
- Scale proof-of-concept work into production-ready artifacts that can be used in strategy discussions and before launching new use cases.
- Align priorities and outcomes with sub‑LOB leadership (N‑1), clarifying ownership, decisions, and success measures.
- Standardize execution through Agile discipline and governance routines, including JIRA hygiene, review checkpoints, and timely sign-offs.
- Partner with Controls stakeholders to align initiatives to Controls OKRs, streamline SOPs, and identify control-aligned efficiency opportunities.
- Coordinate delivery with STO/execution partners by managing dependencies, tracking progress, and escalating risks and delays.
- Maintain a single authoritative repository for historical, current, and pipeline transformation work and enable leadership visibility via JIRA dashboards.
- Lead Lean (DMAIC) deep-dives to deliver measurable, systemic improvements with sub‑LOB sign-off and adoption.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate 6+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation, program/project management, or operational strategy (financial services beneficial).
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with senior stakeholder alignment, including N‑1 engagement and decision-making.
- Execute disciplined intake-to-delivery lifecycle management, including governance cadence, dependency/risk management, and closure.
- Apply hands-on Agile delivery practices and use JIRA for tracking, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including executive-ready updates and crisp decision asks.
- Build and sustain an adopted “golden resource” mapping Team–Tool–Process–Change Journey with a 12–24 month outlook.
- Deliver measurable outcomes through standardized operating models, reusable repositories, and end-to-end workstreams with documented stakeholder buy-in.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Active development experience to build solutions using IS solutions- Python, Pyspark, Alteryx, Tableau
- Apply exposure to intelligent automation and analytics enablement and adoption in enterprise environments.
- Hold Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) or demonstrate successful DMAIC delivery experience.
