This role focuses on owning, designing, and implementing client-side applications, shaping the frontend strategy while creating seamless user experiences in close collaboration with backend services and APIs.Your missionDevelopmentOwn and build responsive and intuitive mobile-first user interfaces using React and React NativeDrive the implementation of modern UI/UX designs with strong attention to accessibility and performanceIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIs and servicesOptimize application performance and implement efficient state managementDevelop cross-platform mobile applications using Expo and React NativeEngineering ToolsAI-assisted development: Ability to effectively use AI tools in daily development workSystem Architecture & IntegrationOwn and shape frontend architectures that scale from web to mobileIntegrate third-party APIs and servicesImplement real-time features using WebSocketsInfrastructure & DeploymentWork with cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP) to support frontend applicationsCollaborate on CI/CD pipelines impacting frontend deliveryMonitor application performance and troubleshoot frontend-related issuesEnsure security best practices in frontend implementationCollaboration & QualityTake full ownership of the quality of the produced frontend outcomePartner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to shape frontend solutionsSet, uphold, and evolve frontend quality standards through code reviewsWrite comprehensive technical documentationYour backgroundEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience with a strong technical portfolio7+ years of product development experience with a strong frontend focusExperience with growth techniquesExperience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)Experience with performance optimization and monitoring toolsExperience with mobile-first development and responsive designFrontend Technical SkillsJavaScript / TypeScript: Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+)React: Strong experience with React, hooks, context API, and state managementCSS / Styling: Proficiency in modern CSS, styled-components, or similarBuild Tools: Webpack, Vite, or similar bundling toolsExpo: Familiarity with Expo framework and development workflowReact Native: Experience building cross-platform mobile applicationsSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesGood communication and teamwork abilitiesDeep product- and customer-centric mindsetPreferred QualificationsUnderstanding of accessibility standardsFamiliarity with design systems and component librariesExperience with mobile-specific features (push notifications, offline storage)Knowledge of mobile performance optimizationPlease note: you must have the legal right to live and work in the European Union (EU).
