3DX Release Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a 3DX Release Manager (f/m) to join our team based in Toulouse, France.
You will join a dynamic organization to orchestrate the successful delivery of 3DX solutions, ensuring seamless integration and deployment across all programs.

Your challenges :
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end release management lifecycle for 3DX applications and platforms.
Develop release plans, schedules, and associated communication strategies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between development, operations, stakeholders, and external partners.
Identify, analyze, and resolve roadblocks, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Establish release governance, maintain quality assurance, and present metrics to management.
Your boarding pass :
Proven experience (10 years min) in project and program management within a release management context.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to align diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple parallel streams of work effectively.
Expertise in problem-solving with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
High level of rigor and attention to detail in planning, execution, and reporting.
Strong background and familiarity with the 3DExperience (3DX) platform and related technologies.
