About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

The AgentExchange team at Salesforce is responsible for how customers and partners find, evaluate, and deploy solutions — from AI agents built on Agentforce to apps on AppExchange. This Senior Product Manager role sits within the Marketplace Experience team, the product group that owns the buyer-facing surfaces of AgentExchange: search, discovery, homepage personalization, and the experimentation program that continuously improves them.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the search and personalization services and experiences for the AgentExchange marketplace. In this role, you define what buyers see when they search, what gets recommended based on who they are and how they work, and how the team learns from every interaction through a systematic experimentation program. You will work on a cross-functional team that spans engineering, data, Slack Marketplace, Tableau Exchange, Mulesoft Exchange.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the search experience on AgentExchange from the buyer's perspective — diagnosing the current performance gap in search discovery, defining search quality as a measurable product metric, shipping improvements that move buyer engagement and conversion, and running experiments.

  • Define and drive the buyer-facing GenAI search experience across AgentExchange, including multi-turn conversational search, AI-powered discovery, and relevance optimization. Own the end-to-end search experience across all AgentExchange surfaces within Salesforce, including search ranking, retrieval quality, and personalization to improve customer discovery and engagement.

  • Drive the personalization roadmap for AgentExchange's authenticated experience — taking Phase 1 (org metadata, installed products, industry signals) and building Phase 2 (behavioral signals, peer benchmarks, AI-generated recommendations) to lift click-through rates and install conversion from the homepage.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with direct ownership of a search or recommendation experience at a B2B product or marketplace.

  • Experience building and scaling a search optimization and experimentation program—not just tuning individual ranking models or running isolated A/B tests, but establishing the experimentation framework, relevance metrics, statistical rigor, and decision-making processes that enable continuous improvement of search quality, ranking, and discovery.

  • Experience owning a personalization or recommendation surface, with the ability to speak to the product design challenges — cold start, feedback loops, explainability — not just the underlying model.

  • A track record of making product decisions from behavioral data — shipping small, measuring the result, and deciding whether to scale or kill it before assuming the roadmap is right.

  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI agents and modern AI development tools to accelerate product discovery, strategy, execution, and delivery, with effective human–agent collaboration workflows.

  • Strong customer empathy with a demonstrated ability to translate customer research, user feedback, and market insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a multi-ecosystem marketplace — where the catalog or the buyer personas come from more than one platform — and have built a coherent discovery experience across those seams.

  • Experience working as a product consumer of an API platform capability owned by another team, successfully influencing that team's roadmap without owning it.

  • Active use of AI tools in day-to-day PM work, with an informed point of view on how AI changes the buyer search experience in a B2B context.

  • Experience building for Salesforce Admin, enterprise IT buyer, or ISV developer personas, or at a self-serve SaaS product with a search-driven discovery funnel.

  • A related technical degree

Why Join?

You'll shape the discovery layer for a marketplace spanning AI agents, apps, and multiple ecosystems — with real influence over a platform team's roadmap and a direct line from your experiments to what millions of buyers see. It's a rare mix of strategic ownership and hands-on, data-driven product craft.
