Histotechnologist at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is per-diem and will work 10-hour, Day shifts.

Cuts, stains, mounts, and studies specimens of human tissue to provide data on functioning of tissues and organs, causes and/or progress of disease, following established standards and practices.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a Histotechnician in a hospital laboratory, or 2 years of college.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Advanced training in histotechnology.
- Upon hire: Certified as a Histotechnician by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists
