As a Manager - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring processes. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on developing and implementing technology strategies that maximize value and drive successful deal outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting valuations, financial analysis, and crafting strategies for post-merger integration.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with C-suite executives to develop M&A technology strategies, conduct technology due diligence, and design future-state technology models. Your contributions will be vital in aligning technology strategies with business priorities, confirming seamless integration and divestiture planning.
Responsibilities
- Leading teams in the delivery of technology strategies for mergers and acquisitions, separations, and divestitures
- Conducting technology due diligence to assess IT landscapes and identify risks and opportunities for value creation
- Advising on integration and divestiture planning to align technology strategies with business priorities
- Designing future-state technology models and architectures to support scalable and profitable business operations
- Developing financial models for IT, including synergy savings and cost analysis
- Recommending enterprise architecture solutions based on industry practices and past experiences
- Coaching senior associates and associates to consistently deliver impactful results
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
- Building and maintaining internal relationships to enhance the PwC brand and network
- Collaborating with C-suite executives to develop M&A technology strategies and solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Master's of Business Administration's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
