We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing organization. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker who has successfully built high-performing marketing teams, driven customer acquisition at scale, and delivered measurable business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
As VP Marketing, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, with a strong focus on Performance Marketing and Growth Marketing. You will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, improving retention, optimizing marketing ROI, and building a scalable growth engine. Working closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Leadership teams, you will define the company's go-to-market strategy, manage marketing budgets, and create campaigns that drive sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, possesses deep expertise in digital marketing channels, and has a proven ability to lead marketing organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead all performance marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, influencer, and emerging digital acquisition channels.
- Build and optimize scalable growth marketing programs focused on customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Own marketing budgets, forecast spend, and maximize return on investment through continuous experimentation and optimization.
- Define customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Drive conversion rate optimization through landing page testing, funnel analysis, customer journey improvements, and A/B experimentation.
- Lead brand-building initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies, consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving digital channels to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
Must-have Skills
- Extensive experience in Performance Marketing across major digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Strong expertise in Growth Marketing, customer lifecycle management, acquisition funnels, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition while maintaining efficient customer acquisition costs and maximizing marketing ROI.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets with strong analytical and financial planning capabilities.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics solutions, and performance tracking systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good-to-have Skills
- Experience working in D2C businesses with a strong understanding of digital customer journeys and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Broader expertise across Marketing functions including brand strategy, content marketing, product marketing, public relations, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, predictive analytics, personalization strategies, and modern MarTech ecosystems.
- Experience leading marketing functions within high-growth startups or rapidly scaling technology companies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 8–20 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, with demonstrated success in scaling growth and delivering measurable business impact.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams, influence executive stakeholders, and align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for leveraging data to drive sustainable business growth.
