As a SAP - ABAP - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation network, specifically focusing on Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP. This position offers the chance to engage with clients directly, optimizing their operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP technology initiatives, including installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products
- Managing client engagements to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions to achieve strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Developing and executing strategic technology plans to enhance delivery and innovation
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Encouraging skills development and embracing change within the team
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and automation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in strategic questioning
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
