The Field Service Technician role involves on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial equipment, ensuring reliable system performance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform field service work including equipment start-ups, which activate factory warranties, and are fully certified to complete this work.
- Handle warranty claims, defects, and service repairs covered under warranty or service agreements.
- Execute service work as quoted by the VP of Service and Parts or Sales Engineers, and travel to customer sites daily based on a structured schedule.
- Focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships in the field.
- Role is focused on being in the field, as they are rarely in office.
- May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certifications preferred,
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- The ability to travel
- The ability to lift & work in varied environments
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid state issued license is required

Pay Range:

$31.61 - $47.43-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
