About the Team
The Servicing Capabilities & Innovation (SC&I) team sits within the Global Support, Enablement, and Control (GSEC) organization in Global Servicing (GS). As part of GSEC, SC&I is responsible for developing colleague and Card Member-facing servicing capabilities and platforms, advancing AI and GenAI innovation, and delivering several large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Our north star is to create the most seamless servicing experiences for our Card Members and frontline colleagues. We are made up of product owners, technologists, designers, strategic operators, and innovators who partner across Global Servicing to deliver enterprise-ready solutions that improve customer and colleague experiences.
Role Overview
The Manager, Transformation Value Management will support the Transformation Value Management function by providing analytical insights, business case development, executive reporting, and portfolio analysis across SC&I's strategic transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director, this role partners with Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams to help measure business outcomes, evaluate investment opportunities, and develop executive-ready recommendations that support enterprise decision-making.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical and intellectually curious professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with senior leaders, and translating data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills, structured problem solving, and exceptional communication abilities while continuing to develop expertise in enterprise transformation, portfolio management, and value realization.
Transformation Value Management
- Support the development and maintenance of portfolio reporting, value realization frameworks, and performance metrics across strategic transformation initiatives.
- Assist in tracking business outcomes, financial benefits, customer impact, and operational performance.
- Develop portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting materials that provide visibility into transformation performance.
- Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of reporting methodologies, data quality, and portfolio governance processes.
Portfolio Strategy & Business Analysis
- Develop business analyses, financial models, and business cases to support strategic transformation initiatives.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate investment opportunities, implementation costs, business benefits, and operational impacts.
- Partner with Product, Finance, Technology, and Sourcing teams to support vendor evaluations, pricing analyses, and commercial recommendations.
- Research industry trends and benchmark best practices to inform portfolio planning and strategic decision-making.
- Support portfolio prioritization by identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities across initiatives.
Executive Reporting & Strategic Communications
- Develop executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and briefing materials for senior leaders and governance forums.
- Translate complex financial, operational, and strategic analyses into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Create executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint and data visualization tools that effectively communicate portfolio performance and strategic insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and decision-focused.
- Support executive governance meetings through preparation of presentation materials and supporting analyses.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Build collaborative relationships across Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and other enterprise organizations.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather information, validate business assumptions, and support portfolio analyses.
- Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and structured problem solving when addressing complex business challenges.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, business analytics, operations, customer success, account management, product management, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, financial modeling, scenario analysis, or forecasting.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience creating polished business presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, customer success, enterprise sales, finance, or business analytics.
- Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, dashboards, or executive presentations.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or strategic projects.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, AI-enabled capabilities, digital transformation, customer servicing, or operational transformation.
