The Portfolio Manager sits at the intersection of product, data, operations, implementation, and customer partnership — leading a small team of PMO ICs while staying deeply hands-on yourself.You'll own a portfolio of Doss's most complex, high-value client relationships and lead your team through the full post-sales lifecycle:Discovery: partnering with cross-functional client leadership to analyze operational and financial workflows (flow of goods, information, and money)Product Design: data model, workflows, and integrationsBuild/Configure on the DOSS/ERP platformUAT and Go-liveYou'll manage a small team of PMOs, setting the standard for quality and pace while staying in the weeds alongside your team.
